Frequently asked Questions

WILL THERE STILL BE CAMPMEETING DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE?

Yes, provisions will be made so that we can continue with campmeeting as always, Lord Willing.

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I WANT TO OFFER MY SERVICES?

Please email info@projectcentury.org and leave your contact information anytime, you will get a response. You can also contact your designated team leader in your area listed on Leadership page.

WHERE ARE WE GOING TO GET MONEY FROM TO PAY FOR THIS?

The Lord is opening up many doors for Project Century that we did not even know existed.  Marketing agencies, electricians, accountants, architects and many others are offering their services to us, often free of charge. Some of the funding may come from the government; if we can show them a plan that is or energy efficient and provide jobs to people in the community. Our sale of tiles for the Memorial and our gift shop offer other means of income, along with many other fund-raising ideas.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY PERSONAL CABIN, THE PAVILION AND OTHER NEWER THINGS RECENTLY ADDED?

When designing our renewed/new home, every piece of wood, etc that is presently on the campground will be taken into careful consideration, and special provisions will be made at that time.  Our goal is to commemorate the past, while enhancing the future.

WHY DO WE NEED A NEW CAMPGROUND?

From generation to generation standards change. Each of us can agree that we no longer wear the fashion trends that they were wearing back when the campground was founded.  Even today the campground are not as they were 10 years ago. Our uplifting services are the same however they can now be viewed live via the internet. We want to be good stewards of the assets God has entrusted to us and in doing so we can yield more fruit having the ability to accommodate the growing families that have been attending for years, as well as new visitors, and friends who have been invited to attend the camp meeting.
